Hello and welcome to Room 25's blog site. The children in Room 25 have settled into class routines and are now great at remembering to pack and unpack their bookbags. Thank you parents for your part in this.
Homework is set for every night of the week. Please remember that there are three parts to their homework:
-The word bag, where children learn to read all the little words.
-The little readers, which they read to you twice.
-Spelling words, which they write three times on a scrap of paper.
If you are having difficulty with this or have some queries please come and see me.
We have been studying "challenging Yourself" in conjunction with outdoor education. You may find some photos of outdoor ed. week on the school website. We have also had a visit from the police teaching the children about bus safety and crossing the road. You could enforce road safety rules with you children at home or in town.
